Early in July, near the end of an open house I was holding, another realtor caught me off guard as I was pulling weeds from the side of the house. There I was in heels and a suit. As I looked up, he asked me if it was my house. I wanted to tell him that I was also a realtor. Although it may have looked a bit odd, I genuinely wanted to make sure the house was perfect. When selling houses, I try to look after them as though they are mine, and I noticed that this house needed a touching up. Instead of explaining all of this to him, however, I smiled and replied," No, it's not my house.

When people search for a realtor among thousands available, they want to look for someone who is special and can cater to their needs. I know how important it is, when making changes   in life, to get off to a good start. My family and I immigrated to Southern California when I was twelve years old. Like so many other immigrants in Los Angeles, I had to not only start a new life and learn another language, but to also acquaint myself with a variety of different languages and cultures. Ultimately, being part of this mosaic enabled me to better understand different perspectives a bit better than others. I also discovered early on that I genuinely like connecting with people. Although I graduated from UCLA with a degree in Biochemistry, I decided to pursue a career in sales and marketing.  I worked in the automobiles sales and was soon able to become a top performer in the industry. I also became the marketing director/ sales manager for a global investment company in the high-tech division. Some of my biggest clients were New Line Cinema, IMAX, and Intel. Once again, the key to my success was my willingness to put my best effort into my work. Consistently, my clients expressed appreciation for thoroughly investigating their wants and needs.

I have been a licensed realtor since 2004.  My gross sale had exceeded 30 million in the first 3 years and was awarded a medallion as a top realtor.  I am happy to have the opportunity to help other families make important life changes, and like everything I have done up until now.
